How a portrait order works

  1. Order on Etsy

    Choose your look and upload your photo on our Etsy listing. Etsy takes the payment.

  2. See your draft

    We send a draft through Etsy Messages within 3 business days.

  3. Get your file

    Ask for up to 2 changes. When you are happy, Etsy sends you the full file.

AI-assisted, checked by hand

Every portrait is AI-assisted and designed by us from your photo. Then we check each face against your photo and touch it up before you see the draft.
